Is this your first time working with a Business Consultant?

If it is, I wanted to share a few success tips with you before accessing the resources.

BE HONEST & CURIOUS - It can be difficult as business owners to share our weaknesses, but being transparent will allow us to better identify and focus on the areas in which you need the most support. Ask questions, bring up challenges, and just establish an open communication. Our time together won't be effective if you take a passive role in seeking answers. (Passive does NOT equal profit!).
HAVE REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS - A Consultant can help you be more successful, but it won't make you a millionaire overnight. You'll still have to be willing to invest the time and energy into your company and do the tasks required to get there.
UNDERSTAND YOUR CONSULTANT'S ROLE - Your business consultant is there to pass on knowledge, help you implement changes, provide tutorials, tools, advice, and recommendations, not run your business for you.
BE OPEN TO AN ONGOING RELATIONSHIP - A successful business consulting engagement will put you in a good place to advance your business. But you may wish to return periodically as your business grows and becomes more complex. Continuous learning is key.
